The Fate of the Sweet Shop Manager
by Joanna M. Moore
There once was a sweet shop manager,
And a very evil manager he was.
He doubled the price,
On the white sugar mice,
Lots of money he makes,
On his iced fairy cakes.
Chocolates, sweets and nuts,
With them he makes no cuts.
Cola bottles, Candy, Caramel creams,
His 80p Mars bring in cash like dreams.
And so, Benjamin, it was said to me,
What a horrible, horrible man is he.
He made huge profits,
On the peppermint poppets,
He wrote a sign,
By where you dine,
'COME TO MY SHOP
THE PRICE IS THE TOP'
But this was a lie,
for the price was sky high.
Yes, there once was a sweet shop manager,
And a very evil manager was he.
His name was Dan,
He was a nasty Man.
He was conner
And the shop was a GONNER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
